Return Window

You may return any unworn, unused bag or backpack within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The bag or backpack must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • All original tags must be attached
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or monogrammed bags and backpacks
  • Custom-made or bespoke items from vorghalxyzchel
  • Final sale items marked as non-returnable
  • Items that show signs of wear or use
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping

For returns within the United States, Vorghalxyzchel will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your bag or backpack for a different style or color, please contact our customer service team. We will arrange for the exchange and provide instructions. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item from vorghalxyzchel, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. Please provide photos of the defect or damage when contacting us.

Warranty Coverage

All Vorghalxyzchel bags and backpacks come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. Signature collection pieces include an extended warranty. Please see your product documentation for specific warranty terms.

Showroom Returns

Items purchased at our Bentonville showroom can be returned in person or by mail. Please bring your receipt and the item in its original condition.
